Millett's red dot sights are (appropriately) called Redot. They are waterproof and shock proof, guaranteed to withstand the heavy recoil form large magnum calibers. All models have precision click adjustments for windage and elevation and a very handy dor intensity control with eleven clicks for quick fine tune adjustments. Sighting is parallax free.
